Collective REMAKE is supporting Co-operative Education and Development in Communities impacted by incarceration.

Through Co-operative Education and Development (CEAD) workshops, a Co-op Development Program, and a Train-the-Trainers Program, Collective REMAKE is committed to building an eco-system that includes a network of co-operative economic development, inclusive support systems, and sustainable healing communities.

Introduction CEAD Workshops (This series includes an orientation of nine workshop sessions including a guest speaker from a operating co-op business)

  4. Just Transition: Moving Away from Extractive Economies
  5. Envisioning a Co-op Community in Your Neighborhood
  6. Designing your Cooperative Business: Introduction to the Cooperative Business Model Canvas (CBMC)
  7. Elements of a Cooperative Business Plan
  8. Co-op Guest Speaker/s
  9. Final Presentations, Participatory Evaluation and Celebration
